Normally prepare your cake batter. 

Step #2 Make the Tin

To freeze the cake, you will need a cake tin. Before putting the batter, do not forget to grease it a bit. 

Step #3 Put the Batter in the Pan

Put the required amount of the cake batter in the pan. Put the batter as if you are going to bake it right away. 

Step #4 Wrap It Up and Freeze

After putting the batter, wrap the entire pan using aluminum foil or plastic wrap over the surface. It prevents the mixture from possible air exposure. Next, put it in the freezer, and let it freeze completely. 

Step #5 Take out the Batter off the Tin

Now that the batter is frozen, you can pull it to take out the batter from the tin. 

Step #6 Put the Frozen Cake Batter in a Freezer Bag

Now, it is finally time to transfer the unbaked, frozen cake batter into a freezer bag. Make sure you place it properly in the bag.
